I recently tried out Edith's Mexican buffet and I have to say, the food was a hit! The flavors were on point, with dishes like mole, carne guisada, and enchiladas that tasted just like homemade. The only downside was the parking and wait time, but if you're looking for quality over quantity and delicious homestyle cooking, Edith's is the place to be!
