I've been to Rustic 5x because it's 5mins from my home. Tonight was an off night for service. The service was dull and lacked energy. It was slow so often this leads to a slow greeting and start but this continued through the whole service. Although I've been in gaming, club and service industry for 20yrs this is probably my 3rd time every writing a review. The service was not at its best on this night. I found secret shoppers or review emails could help ensure the proper energy on a daily bases. I will be back again because this is not the norm but the service was not the best tonight. I asked a waiter if you guys do surveys and they said no so that is the reason I am writing the review. 4-23-23

Loved everything about the newest neighborhood restaurant. The food and customer service is excellent!!!
It's going to be my newest go to eating establishment.
