02/13/2021 - Really bad service
Went to this McDonald's in Fayetteville NY. The kids were crying. I purchased on the app and tried to pick up in the drive through. The person at the first window verified purchase and sent us through. When we went to the second window, they said they couldn't find our purchase. I showed them the purchase and that I already paid. I asked if there is anything I could do, they said no, that I have to call the all. I asked if I could just pay again so that I don't have to go back around in the line. The manager told me that he can't take a payment at his window and told us that we can either go back in line or come back another day. Never had such a bad experience at McDonald's. It seems they changed their service standards.
