My son ordered a 12oz sirloin well done. It came out with black char on both sides which ruined the steak. This was not grill lines it was burnt. The server agreed.

We asked for a remake. Another lady came back with the server. She said the owner said it was a properly prepared well done steak and would not remake it but would sell us a replacement.

I've eaten at hundreds of restaurants and NONE would consider this burnt sirloin well prepared. Don't waste your money with an owner that refuses to serve adequately prepared food.
