I live in West Irondequoit and am willing to make the drive for one of my favorite pizzas at this place that has some of the best flavor around, despite the poor reviews it receives. The Buffalo Chicken sheet is worth every penny and the workers are nice, making the experience enjoyable when ordering through UberEats. The Steak sub loaded with meat and the Bacon Chicken Ranch Pizza were delicious, with generous toppings and a perfect crust that left me pleasantly surprised and eager to return soon.

I recently ordered from Menenzes and had an absolutely horrible experience. My $61.00 Pizza order was 2 1/2 hours late and cold. I called the store 5 different times before my pizza arrived. I was told by store manager once the delivery guy arrived to call the store to work out a discount. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours for my food I no longer wanted the order and told the driver so. Unfortunately, I had pre-paid. After first being offered $5 discount on order, which I refused. The manager told the driver to just give me my food and I would not be charged. Next day after looking at my bank record I noted the $61 charge and called Menezes. After being given the run around for two days and telling them I would personally come in the store, I received a call from one of the store employees, not the Manager saying how the apologize for the delay in delivering my food and that they had fired the delivery person. Again I was offered a store credit. At this point I was livid....keep your store credit and refund my money.. Your customer services is terrible and the food which I never had a problem with before just is not worth the aggravation. NEVER will I pay in advance.
