The food at Ming Moon was satisfying, with well-cooked meats, fresh veggies, and tasty egg battered shrimp. The wonton in garlic sauce was crispy and flavorful, complemented by a savory sauce with a hint of spice. Overall, a great dining experience at this Chinese takeout spot in Stone Ridge.

Fast friendly service and very accommodating for people's dietary restrictions! Their generals tso's tofu is amazing! Best I've had upstate since moving from NYC!
