During our stay at the Holiday Inn, my partner and I dined at Moose River as it was conveniently included in our hotel package. We indulged in the mozzarella trunkers, which were made with fresh, natural ingredients rather than being frozen beforehand. The dish was accompanied by crispy pub chips and buttered rolls, all of which were delicious. The salmon I ordered was cooked to perfection and paired with generously portioned sides, while my partner enjoyed a large Caesar salad. We ended the meal with a refreshing fruit cup for dessert, appreciating the option for a healthier choice. The bill came out to less than $40 for two entrees, an appetizer, and multiple sides, making it a satisfying and affordable dining experience within the clean and pleasant atmosphere of the hotel's restaurant.
