Mother's Cupboard is #1 or 2 on my list of diners throughout the USA...fresh potato's cooked right is the key. Classic diner setting, tremendous portions, and good solid service. I am a basic breakfast guy, so have not tried the Frittata. However, had i grown up in Syracuse I would have attempted to clean that plate. I went three days in a row...LOL!
