If I could give them no stars, I would. I stopped 2 Sundays ago at 6:15--the restaurant wasn't very busy. The waiter ignored me for at least 10 minutes, even though I saw him look right at me; all I had was chips & salsa with no drink order taken. The bus boy finally asked what I wanted to drink & then a few minutes later Gabriel, my waiter, showed up. When I told him I'd given my drink order to the young man who asked, Gabriel very rudely informed me that was the busboy, not a waiter. Finally gave my order after 15 minutes had passed. Food was so-so, though overpriced for a flauta plate & iced tea. Gabriel was very short with me, never checking to see if I needed anything else. When I was done there was no sign of Gabriel, & finally Alondra Z came up to ask if I needed something as I kept looking towards the front. Told her I wanted to check out. She took my card up front, came back after a few minutes, I left only $1 for Gabriel's tip, & left. When Alondra asked how my meal was I told her I would never come back. Yesterday, I noticed several charges to that credit card that I did not make, starting at 3 a.m. Mon morning when a charge was made & immediately reversed, then 4 other charges that showed on my credit card which have been contested. The only unknown place I'd been was this restaurant, & I had only used it twice since at reliable places. I fully believe that my credit card info was copied and used by someone at this restaurant. As I canceled the card and the charges, I hope that person does not get his or her orders that he or she attempted to steal with my card info. I warn anyone stopping at this restaurant--buyer beware!
