It might still be good but you can never place an order to go.. even calling 6 hours before closing.

I haven't had potato dumplings, or as my mother called them - in some combination of German and Yiddish - Bayrische Knaiidel in more years than I care to admit. My parents, refugees from Poland, ended up in Bavaria after the war on the way to America which, thankfully they managed to organize. My mother picked up the recipe and made it regularly until, as I remember, she decided that squeezing the water out of potatoes in cheesecloth was a lot of work even if the results were delicious. Then I saw a picture on the Brauhaus' website and the rest is history. We had one of the delicious (and generous) meals of our lives.
