Although the food isn't that bad, the customer hospitality is horrible. they have no business etiquette and are very rude. Whom ever hired the woman that answers the phone and takes the orders should fire her and have her take a management class and how to be cordial and respectful to customers, because without customers, you have no business. She does not listen to callers or speak to them in a respectful manner, she tells people they complain too much, too slow making orders and that if they complain she will individually single them out and not deliver for less than 10 dollars for particular callers if she does not like them, and hangs up the phone on her customers, and on top of the bad service, the delivery man has the nerve to feel some sort of way when he does not get a tip from us students. we are college students, we are BROKE! we work hard for a living just as much as they do paying for school... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!they never give you what you ask for, and when they mess u your order and you call back to fix it, they get upset and tell you you're a bother. The food takes foooooooooooorever to be delivered at times more than 6 hours... Please people don't waste you"re hard earned dollars at Mr. Chens , because they will pop you a blood vessel, be rude and spit in your food! the Food inspectors should shut down that rat hole!!!!
