We bought Lidia's empanadas, black beans, and green sauce at the Delmar Farmers Market. My daughters and I agree that these are the best empanadas we have ever had. We got 2 chicken, 2 beef, and 2 ricotta/spinach. They were all delicious, but our favorite was the ricotta.
All came frozen. We put the empanadas in the air fryer as Lidia suggested-perfection!! The beans and sauce heated beautifully in the microwave.
What I would like to know is would Lidia ship them to my house frozen. My daughters and I would love to have a stash in our freezer.
