After more than two decades of visiting New Chinatown, I continue to enjoy their flavorful, fast-served dishes that never use MSG, which is a huge plus for me. The owner's thoughtful gesture of offering self-serve tea adds a nice touch, and the menu improvements along with consistent quality keep me coming back. While the fried rice and egg rolls are a bit underwhelming and the restrooms could use an update, the friendly staff and excellent soups make each visit worthwhile.

The restaurant has transitioned to offering only takeout services. While the Pork Egg Foo Young could use a bit more seasoning, my wife appreciated the use of brown gravy with the dish, a touch that sets it apart from other take-out spots. The owner's gesture of keeping a pot of tea brewing for customers to enjoy is a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall experience.
