Terrible experience. We got overcharged by like 20-30 dollars, didn't get a receipt or an explanation. Do not go there.

The sushi here is amazing! I tried the Hwe Dup-Bap and it was a good amount of food for the price, came with miso soup and white rice. The sashimi was fresh and plentiful, and the owners even gave me a sample of sushi. Great little spot with friendly service and delicious food!

I'm a big raw fish guy and very picky about my sushi. I've eaten sushi all across the US even fresh caught on the boat. I eat at different sushi places through NYS often and also make my own. I've eaten at many prestigious sushi places especially on the east coast and I must that New City sushi is by far my favorite and not just because it was local to where I grew up but because all the fish is fresh and hand picked to be the best around. They're spicy tuna/salmon recipe doesn't compare to any other place I've been. One of my top favorite rolls is their spider roll, hands down the best spider roll I've ever had.

By far the best Sushi in Rockland County. This little restaurant serves everything wonderfully fresh, and amazingly tasty. Although a small intimate restaurant, the taste is BIG TIME. Do yourselves a favor and try it. They don't do much advertising, as they really don't need to. Word of mouth keeps them very busy.
