When craving Chinese food, I decided to give New Empire Hunan a try based on positive reviews. I stopped by for takeout on my way home after a late night at work, around 8:30pm. The service was quick, with friendly staff and delicious dishes like fried dumplings, wontons in spicy sesame oil, and garlic chicken that were flavorful and satisfying.
