My favorite Chinese restaurant in downtown Schenectady has become New Panda, and it truly lives up to expectations. After moving away from my old go-to, I was pleasantly surprised to find that their coconut chicken is just as delicious, and it's a dish that isn't easy to find everywhere. Even though they're cash only, the prices are reasonable, and I've introduced a few friends to New Panda, who now swear by it after giving it a try.
