As a newcomer to the area, I have discovered a fantastic spot for pizza, garlic knots, and wings that truly remind me of home. The food is generous and delicious, with standout dishes like the calzone and a variety of pasta options. BEST PIZZA I EVER HAD

It's a Fri night an I started calling after 1935 to place a to go order an the phone was busy figured it was just "busy" well I countiued to call every minute or so an still "BUSY" ,well it ended up like this until 1955 so I decided to head down to there store an I got there before 2000 an told the employee that the phone was always busy, an I EVEN CALLED THE STORE WHILE I WAS THERE, "STILL BUSY" the female employee told me sorry can't order anything try our online ordering next time, even as she heard the phones busy signal, this service IS UNEXCEPPTABLE AN I WILL NOT BE BACK,
(I tried calling for a good 10mins with less than a min in between an I still received a bust signal, I guess NYP has enough business w/o mine)...

I've been to your restaurant twice to get a chicken cutlet parmesan hero and it seems you guys have no idea what that is how can an Italian restaurant not know how to make a chicken cutlet parmesan hero I find it unbelievable and what is this stuff a tube if you're going to call yourself New York Pizzeria maybe you should call your food the same names that they call the food in New York City if that's what you claim to be I still can't believe you don't know how to make a chicken cutlet parmesan hero Hoagie sub whatever you call it in New York City they call it a hero
