They don't sell their prime rib by the pound but by the bone"¦ Either a three bone or seven bone roast. Every roast I've ordered thus far has been around 20 pounds except for this last one which was a little over 13 pounds"¦ for even more money than I paid for the 20 pound roast. The price of their seven bone choice has gone up twice in the past year and yet I got 1/3 less meat. When I left a review on their website stating the difference in roasts I've received over the years, they removed it. that's how dishonest that business has become. Shop at your own risk!
