The sushi rolls lacked flavor and the salmon was not fresh, but the shrimp w/ lobster sauce dish surprised me with its generous portion of shrimp. The sesame noodles were a standout and I plan to return to try more non-sushi dishes. Despite the lack of good customer service, the food quality and reasonable prices make Ozen a reliable choice for Asian cuisine.
