Personally, will never go back to this establishment. I stood around waiting with my selections for purchase, couldn't get near the counter to place my order or pay while several other people came in.. Then after waiting, they selected other people to wait on first. You lost a "resident" customer for life because you chose to get chatty with non-locals who are seemingly more important to your store's success.
