The staff at Ruby's greeted me with warmth, and the homemade taste of the hot food quickly won me over despite my initial skepticism about the takeout display. I appreciated the generous portions and the clean, homey atmosphere, and the pop music added a fun vibe, though I did find it a bit inconvenient that they only accept cash.
