Craving a sandwich led me to discover The Grilled Cheese Factory on Door Dash, where I ordered the Cool Bird melt with fries and fried ravioli. The sandwich was flavorful and perfectly melty, while the fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside, although the fried ravioli didn't impress me much. Despite the food court setting and some menu items being unavailable, the quick service and delicious grilled cheese options make me eager to return and explore more of their menu.
