I've been getting my meat from Payless Glatt Kosher Meats since I moved to Staten Island 11 years ago, and their quality is way better than what you find in Brooklyn, except maybe Pomegranate. It's a clean spot that even helps out families in need, and honestly, it's a real asset to the community given the lack of kosher options around here.
