The rotisserie chicken and ribs here are consistently juicy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with their unique Peruvian green sauce, which is worth every extra penny. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including lomo saltado, pork fried rice, and sweet plantains, all prepared fresh and reasonably priced for the generous portions. Service is quick despite occasional waits, and the cash-only policy means it's best to come prepared, but the quality and taste more than make up for any minor inconveniences.
