I have been a regular at Perry's for years, and today I was surprised by the long wait for our food due to a shortage in the kitchen. Despite the delay, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making the experience more enjoyable. The flavors of the food were rich and satisfying, and the service was friendly and efficient.
