I've been enjoying Pio Pio since they opened their Bronx branch, and their rotisserie chicken made with Mama Juanita's recipe has never disappointed me-it's juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Whenever I come with friends, we share the Matador combo which offers a great variety of sides and always leaves us satisfied, and I love pairing it with their fresh ceviche and perfectly balanced sangria.

I usually have a decent experience here but the waiter AQUINO A. Is the most rude waiter I've encounter in such a very long time. This afternoon the place had a fair amount of people and he was the only waiter. Because of that I was extremely patient while I needed help for a while and he never looked my direction but attended to the others in business suits. When I did a polite wave to get his attention finally , he came to my table and said "what do you want?" I asked why are you addressing me that way? He says "u see me with other people I'm busy". I haven't t been talking to like that while dinning and I was extremely patient while he ignored me . AQUINO is rude and shouldn't be in this industry if he is okay with taking his frustrations on customers. Food is decent, servers are RUDE .

The food is good but the staff is very rude. Starting at the top with the Manager "Susana". This person does not know how to treat customers. She yells at the customers and is not polite at all. And she is the Manager of the place, at least that is what she said. If you come across her do not interact with her. Pio pio should have some kind of training on customer service and not just have a low level employee represent their name.
