Exceptional food and service

We use to order at least once a week from here . A month ago the pizza was so burned it was not edible . So I tried again with a sub and pizza rolls . The pizza rolls had black disgusting old deep fryer sediment all over them . I brought them back for a refund and had the gentlemen worker tell me this is normal , it is not normal and I am so disgusted !! This use to be my favorite very sad !!
