My husband and daughter wanted wings and asked if we could stop at this location. So we ordered (2) 6 piece bone in mild wing combo. I asked the young man are those the plain wings and he stated yes. Then I ordered a (3) piece chicken strip meal with Cajun fries. So while I waited I ordered a margarita. There were only 2 people ahead of us that had already ordered and was waiting on their meals. Our order went in at 4:13 pm. We waited, and waited, and waited. At 4:47 I went to the counter and was ignored. My food came out at 4:57. After looking over my meal I realized it was completely wrong. One of the chicken strips was burned, the other one looked like someone had bit off of it. The two combos had sauce on the wings. So now it’s 5:03. I immediately asked for a refund. A male not in uniform asked me what happened and I informed him that my meal was messed up and I wanted a refund. He introduced himself as Eric the owner. He apologized for the mistake and asked if it was my first time dinning with them and I stated yes and it will be the last. He offered to give me my refund and remake the food. He also gave me a small picture of margarita. The food was very good once I got home. (1 hour 17 min later) Only other problem the wings are super small. I do understand everyone has bad days but I will give them another try. Thanks Mr. Eric for fixing our order. We will be back.
