Don't eat here. My family and I came in on a Friday night. The wait staff is horrible.... Very rude and my family and I felt rushed. If you have kids and bring them here, watch where you sit. The girls like to talk about inappropriate and personal business loud enough for you to hear. Absolutely disgusting what some of these girls say. I will never be going back.

I've been eating here since I was a kid. The folks who run it are like family. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The food is great and the service is friendly. I don't live in the delivery area anymore but I still drive the 45 minutes to eat there to this day! It is well worth the trip.

I'm a teacher in the Albany area with a class of 12 who was trying to send an order of over $200 to a student going through a family tragedy. I called pizza shack on Thursday afternoon gave them the address which was out of their delivery area, though they would make the delivery because of the order size. Upon calling in the order on Friday morning, the owner told me he didn't know who I spoke with but he wouldn't make the delivery. We are extremely disappointed in the customer service received.
