The Plum Blossom offers consistently delicious Chinese cuisine served in a beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming atmosphere with attentive and friendly staff. The menu features authentic dishes that have remained fresh and flavorful for decades, making it a wonderful place to linger over a meal and enjoy the carefully crafted ambiance. Whether dining in or taking out, the quality and service here always make for a satisfying experience that keeps me coming back whenever I'm in Troy.

I've eaten here many times and the food is always good but yesterday I ordered the cod fillet. Exceptional! One of the best meals I have ever had regardless of the type of cuisine.
Do yourself a favor and go to this incredible restaurant.

Up until Saturday I would have rated this restaurant as the best Chinese Restaurant that I ever eaten in. All the food we took home on Saturday was horrible. The fried rice did not look like or taste like fried rice. It tasted like plain rice wnith additives. The chow mein was watery, the bbq spareribs were not edible. The lo mein looked and tasted off. I sure hope that their expansion isn't a sign of things to come for the kitchen.
