I recently placed an order on Doordash and was delighted to finally enjoy some delicious Colombian cuisine delivered to Brooklyn. However, I've noticed that finding an authentic bandeja paisa in Queens or Brooklyn has proven to be quite a challenge, as many places seem to miss key components of the dish. Despite this, the Colombian restaurant I tried did offer the option of chicharron or chorizo and included avocado, which was a pleasant surprise. The food arrived promptly, well-packaged, and the empanadas were particularly impressive with a generous filling and flavorful guiso.
