I've started to notice that all "Chuck's Roadhouses" are not all the same. I'm familiar with some in the Waterloo region. This was my first visit to this one in Goderich. I have to say, the service was quite lacking. Our waiter didn't follow up very often. This left us with empty drink glasses for most of the evening. I think management needs to pay more attention to this. And the waiters need to understand, if you want an 18% tip, you better work harder for it.

Service was very substandard. I think this is becoming more common for the "Chucks" restaurant chain.

Food was very disappointing. We both had the ribeyes"¦ Steaks were overdone, and the half cob of corn tasted like rubber..🤢

Came here on a slow night with my daughter. We were seated promptly, but, for some reason we didn't have anyone come to our table to take our order for 20 minutes!!! I had to go to the bar to get service, and even then it wasn't very courteous or professional.

Our server was not very good.. or polite..
He seemed really "put off" when we asked for waters for the table. Just for the record, our group of 4 also had alcoholic drinks.
I don't believe I'll be coming back to this place.
