During my visits to the east side for the MLK March, I often catch sight of a cozy little BBQ joint that piques my curiosity. Today, I finally decided to step inside, where the welcoming atmosphere enveloped me like a warm hug, and the walls adorned with photographs added a personal touch. I savored a delectable two-meat plate with tender brisket and perfectly smoked sausage, accompanied by creamy mac and cheese and sweet yams, leaving me with a sense of satisfaction reminiscent of a family gathering.
