I ordered breakfast before heading to work... 2 pancakes bacon scrambled eggs with cheese and orange juice....The order taker asked me what kind of toast I wanted so I told her Italian ( thinking nothing of it because I usually order from Chris's and normally that's just about the way they do it as well) The cost was just under 19 bucks!!!!!! Upon my driver picking up my order from Rolando's and delivering it to me there was no orange juice so i had to pay my driver a additional 10 bucks to go retrieve my drink.... then I open my meal to find no cheese on my eggs 1 slice of bacon and what looks like scraps of what should be home fries! FOR 18 BUCKS AND CHANGE??? REALLY??? NO NO NO so I called the diner back to express my concerns the lady who picked up the phone sounded like she was having a bad day (very nasty attitude) and told me to call back in 1hr to speak with her manager Pete.... I'm hoping when i call Pete he has a better attitude and also try to rectify this situation! BTW after reviewing the menu on menu pix I see nothing even remotely close to almost 19 bucks!!! What a shame... Prey on Customers then wonder why shopping local small businesses is hard for many to do! Do better Rolando's!!!

My favorite dinner. Excellent prices! Clean and friendly service! Never a bad experience!
