I love Rossi's Pizza in the Endicott location. The food is always good, especially their wings. I always order the wings, basically every Friday for my Mom and I. They are cooked to perfection and delicious. The service is great; the people that work there are very friendly and very accommodating, especially worker Heidi. She now knows my order by heart every time I call every Friday and she makes sure it's of the upmost satisfaction and quality. I'm very pleased, which is why I will continue to order from there. I highly recommend others to try them out. Their pizza is top notch, (especially their Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Pizza), as well as their other offerings.

Been coming to get food here for the last 10 years and very few times has my food been wrong! I ordered food tonight and it wasn't the way I had asked! I came back and the manager on duty was fantastic!!! I think his name was Sam. He made me new wings and gave me something to drink for making me wait!! As always in the end tho I go no place else for my wings!!! Thanks you guys for always doing right by the customer!!

We order a FEW times a week! Love all the food, just tried the old world style pizza and it was absolutely the best pizza I've EVER had! We even had to call the manager to tell him! The best! Thanks Rossi's keep up the great work!

Food is good,Delivery service leaves little to be desired ! Everytime no matter what is ordered takes forever.

Love this place. Had a misunderstanding with take-out/delivery once, and they comped my order. Great food, wonderful service.

The food here is really good. But their delivery & tax charges are over the top. Also i live in a house infront of an apartment building & i ordered a pizza & so did one of the people who lived behind me. They gave us my neighbors pizza & they had already ate my pizza. So when i called them to explain to them that i wanted the pizza i paid for they were not understanding & asked me to eat the pizza that was wrongly delivered to me.

the food is good but the service is bad they massed up and what as to pay and then yelled at us when we said no take it all back
