The wings here are incredibly meaty, juicy, and perfectly cooked with a seasoned flour batter that delivers a great crunch without any oily or burnt taste. The unique citrus mustard sauce, especially when served on the side for dipping, adds a tangy, flavorful kick that keeps me coming back. The potato wedges are nicely fried with a mild crunch and pair wonderfully with both the blue cheese and Sal's sauces, making for a satisfying, classic chicken dinner experience every time.
