Drive thru. Out of steak for the one item. Switched to chicken. That was ok. Put chicken on another item that was supposed to be beef not ok. Got home over 30 minutes away to find missing 2 tacos. Had a gordita that was so hard it was like a crunchy taco. Tried to call 2 times to receive no answer. Not a good experience. Why can they not check the screens and the bag before handing it out? Why can the person at the window take 10 seconds to check the order? I should have but shouldn't have to check.
