After attending a business affair at the hotel, my wife and I dined at Simpson last night. The restaurant wasn't very busy, and the old steakhouse decor added a nostalgic touch to our evening. The lobster bisque was served lukewarm, but my filet was cooked perfectly. Overall, our dining experience was mixed, but the breakfast the next day was exceptional, making us eager to return.
