Horrible experience! Drive thru gave me someone else's order, went inside and got instant attitude from an entitled teenage female worker. They remade the order and I asked them to verify with me the order was complete and correct. She flips out how dare I question her abilities "that's your order, now leave". Not willing to accept her word for it, I asked another worker to check it. He checks it and found an error and tries to fix it, meanwhile the female has gone to the parking lot and is telling my daughter to come get "her dad" cause they are about to call the cops. By the time they come inside the order appears to be fixed and we leave ... Get home and find they forgot 2 items and substituted another item. 2 three taco combos a couple drinks and a value item for $31!? Outrageous and to be threatened to have the police come out... "I've been 86'd"? Traumatize my teenage daughter and younger son by demanding she comes get me? This is the new generation of entitled brats that lack respect, empathy and an attitude of service.
