Found a cozy gem in Plattsburgh for my niece's 21st Birthday celebration - The Pepper, a local Mexican eatery. While the food was decent, the service was exceptional and the ambiance could benefit from some Spanish tunes and softer lighting. Overall, a quaint spot worth a visit when in town.
