A tip was added to my bill. After a discussion, she finally voided that ticket at least that is what she said. Later I checked my account and the original bill was being processed. Tips are not the money of a restaurant owner to charge or give. It is not their money.

They will point out that in the fine print on their menu that for parties of 6 or more the add 18% gratuity. May be the owners need to pay their employees more than the minimum for restaurant workers. ($2.50/hr)
