How dare you berate our experience. You should have said, I'm sorry for your experience, how can we make it up to you. When I go out to lunch, I like to be waited on, or a staff that doesn't shout behind the counter when I tell them I forgot my glasses, and can't see what the writing was on the cans. Your obnoxious reply to my review says it all. I stood outside the rest room for my friend as she might have needed help. Your staff passed me several times and never acknowledged me. No big deal. But when I stood at counter to get ice, I was ignored until the person behind counter made eye contact with me. She could have and should have said "I'll be with u in a minute ". Did not happen. Get over yourself, your not that good. My $14.00 sandwich was tasteless. The people we ate with I have never seen in my life . Then I get to carry my plates to your trash. Not my idea of going out to lunch. You should not judge. I never get out, and I took a friend that rarely gets out.
