I refer to this establishment as Dinner and a Show. The owner is quite vocal, particularly with his staff, as he has specific expectations for how things should be done. Once you look beyond the theatrical atmosphere, you'll find the food is quite good, with fresh offerings that blend a classic pizza parlor with a salad bar, and the owner's intensity ensures a clean environment.
