Sushi Yu, right by Prospect Park in Brooklyn, has been my go-to for fresh, flavorful Japanese cuisine, especially their generous lunch specials with salmon and tuna that never disappoint. The family-owned spot impresses with consistently excellent quality, speedy delivery, and friendly staff, making it a reliable choice when I crave sushi without heading into Park Slope. Sitting on my favorite bench nearby, enjoying a spicy salmon roll and miso soup, I appreciate supporting a neighborhood business that truly cares about its craft.

The restaurant scene in the reopened city is buzzing with energy, and I've found myself loving Sushi Yu near Prospect Park in Brooklyn.
