Ordered online and site had issues so order did not get to restaurant. I called to advise them and tell them my card was charged for order. The stated it was pending it would eventually fall off . THAT WAS SATURDAY TODAY IS TUESDAY IT HAS NOT . I then proceeded to place new order and said I would just pay using cash . I get to restaurant and stood there 5-7 without one person acknowledging me no one said hello welcome please wait or anything. I walked out . I will never visit this location again . Dallas is further from me but that location has never treated me like this . I am disappointed in the Lewisville location. And it is also NOT 24 hours as advertised. I have came at 3pm on a Monday and doors where locked and no sign stating we will return or anything
