This TacoBell is consistently disappointing but tonight took the cake. We ordered food on the mobile app at 12:30am when they close at 2am. The food was scheduled to be picked up at 1:15. We live 30 mins away from this location and drove out to pick it up. At the location the employee working the drive thru told us they didn’t take mobile orders. Then they apologized and said they hadn’t checked. Our food was not ready and they instead offered us beans and rice because they were now closing and couldn’t make us anything we ordered. Mind you every time we have been there in the past they told us to use the mobile app. We cancelled our order and left. This was completely ridiculous and a waste of time.

So my boyfriend and I went to Taco Bell last night (10/31) and we waited at the drive thru window for about 25 minutes while the staff was occupied by something else! I saw our tacos sitting there not being bagged or brought to us and by the time we got them they were cold!!! Staff was not exceptional and was very messy in their work. I don’t know what the employees were doing that it took so long but it was not a great experience and almost everyone behind us on the drive thru line ended up leaving because of the wait!

I left a stellar 5 star 2 years ago... they have really declined in service. Orders are never correct, the food has NO flavor and drips grease anymore. Then tonight my soft tacos tasted think cina-stixs... Do you know what a soft taco supreme tastes like with cinnamon? Don't ask.
