I discovered this taco joint after the birria stand at Corona Plaza was gone, and the birria de res tacos blew me away with their perfect balance of meat, fresh onion, and cilantro, accompanied by a flavorful consomme. The variety of tacos, sopes, and flautas I tried were all delicious and made quickly, and the authentic flavors kept me coming back for more despite some language barriers and longer dine-in waits.

Discovered Tacos Mexico last night while looking for a late-night bite. The bistec and chorizo tacos were flavorful and satisfying, definitely worth a return visit.
