directions are weak in how to get in restaurant with baby stroller. then once in still need to carry down 7 steps to patio, hostesses were not helpful and not friendly, smile please and greet customers first....had reservations for outside with umbrella, could not accommodate. Under staffed at 4:30. Ordered 2 main dinner salads, appetizers, drinks, drinks, appetizers came, after 45 mins went to talk to manager, salads were never made. Miscommunication they said, while they paid for what we did get and remade our salads in 10 minutes, we had to take home. While it was the right thing to do on their part, eating a salad at home was not the atmosphere looking for, plus I give the food a 3 star and that's pushing it, salads were weak. Chicken taste like the package frozen kind. Paneras are better.
