Save yourself the headache and just go elsewhere. The amount you'll pay for food that is mediocre at best is disheartening to say the least. The side of mac and cheese my kid ate was essentially twenty pieces of melted American cheese singles mixed with a few noodles. The drinks are lackluster as well. You'll pay craft cocktail prices for generic tasting drinks with maybe a splash of booze. Service was slow even though we were one of maybe five tables during our dining experience. The bathrooms are not kept up, disgusting, and stall doors/locks do not function properly. The kicker was when we tried to use a gift card (which was purchased from the restaurant, was valid, and was not expired) and were told THEY DO NOT ACCEPT GIFT CARDS. The manager was utterly useless just kept repeating "We do not accept gift cards". My 10-yr old has better managerial and people skills than this dolt. This place is a complete joke. There are SO MANY better restaurant options in the area and I suggest you patronize those instead of this dumpster fire.

The Sugar factory downtown Detroit was so disappointing. The staff wasn't friendly.but my waiter he was cool. Tje food was trash hiw do b you make fajitas with no seasoning on it just terrible. When I went to order a slice of cake it was 15.00 they don't tell you the price but the cake was amazing. I seen a young lady scooping ice cream with just her hand with a glove on that was falling off that mortified me. I bought a groupin they didn't honor. Just over priced and over rated. Oh and the floors look like they haven't been mopped in years.
