Went to dinner, last night, with my girlfriends. First waitress was not friendly or knowledgeable about their menu. Requested a Manager. We asked for a new waitress. We happily got Jill. She was spot on and super friendly. She made our evening enjoyable after the rocky start. Thanks, Jill! If you go to Smokey Bones in Utica...request Jill. You won't be disappointed.
